At a time when I was told there were no answers for my skin problems and I seemed to be lost without any way to help myself, I found Abby's site. As a doctor myself, I hadn't read any journal articles on skin and diet and couldn't believe the links that are proven that I had never encountered. Abby has given me not only personal help in taking control of and caring for my skin but also redirected my advice for patients who are going through similar things. Yessss...and that you did. You were the first blog I ran into when I was trying to figure out what was going on with my skin. At the time I had no idea TSW even existed. After following many of your tips and advice, I am now 98% clear from my eczema and psoriasis. My skin is the best it's ever been. don't even really need moisturizers anymore. These past few months have been up and down with quick healing and then testing some foods. I'm eating everything now except gluten and dairy and you can see in today's picture that things are going REALLY well. So excited for the progress and a huge thank you to Abby and Jen!

Like myself, I decided to see Jennifer and had asked Abby for some advice and after less than 3 months her skin was clear and glowing. I took a break after she cleared just because I was dealing with my own mess but I plan on taking both my babies to see Jennifer again purely for maintenence. Again, don't let others shame and guilt you into doing something you feel strongly against. Usually your heart and gut are right and you just need that extra push to follow through with it. And then I found Abby's podcast!! It was truly the light at the end of the tunnel. I began implementing changes to my skincare, diet, etc. Despite this, my eczema still wouldn't heal fully so I decided to sign up for the program. After starting the protocol, I have seen a full recovery and am truly just blessed and lucky to have found Abby and Jen. All I have is gratitude for this program. So I just wanted to say, stay strong, stay calm, and stay positive! Healing is possible, and it will happen.
